...this National Economic Consultation should be seen, not as a stand alone event, but essentially as part of a series in which the focus may change from year to year but for which the over-riding objective is to ensure that Barbados is kept on a path of sustainable development while simultaneously repositioning itself in an evolving regional and global economy.
