Let me begin today by saying a little about the outlook for the Caribbean economies. I will then address some of the policy challenges that the region must confront to sustain and further improve on this performance. Finally, I want to talk about some of the steps which the Fund has been takingand will be takingto strengthen our relationship with our members here in the Caribbean.
