In Trinidad and Tobago we view education as a right, an inalienable one, the impact of which pervades all aspects of our social and economic life.In consequence, our nation has embarked on the most revolutionary and comprehensive programme to modernize our education system. The reform measures are extensive and permeate all aspects of our education system.
