Caribbean Information Society Portal.

The Caribbean Information Society (CARIB-IS) Project, was launched by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat in 2006. The overall objective of the CARIB-IS is to promote the development of ICT in the implementation of the Caribbean Information Society within the CARIFORUM member states.
