The New York Times once described Trinidad and Tobago as a tiger in a sea of pussycats.That was before the massive expansion into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and a few years before the Australian diversified company BHP Billiton, announced its hefty oil find in the offshore Angostura field. The Greater Angostura field is believed to contain 160 million barrels of oil and 1.75 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
