Self-Determination and Decentralisation in the Caribbean: TOBAGO and NEVIS. RALPH R. PREMDAS

This study analyzes the movements for self-determination in two Caribbean countries, Nevis in St. Kitts-Nevis and Tobago in Trinidad and Tobago, from the perspective of the regional factor as a fundamental feature, complemented and strengthened by secondary factors, such as neglect and exploitation.
