Barbados Labour Party manifesto 1999

In this Manifesto, we have set out the Agenda for the start of the new Millennium. It is an ambitious agenda, an exciting agenda, and it is an achievable agenda. It is an agenda that will ensure that no one is left behind. Over the past four years, I have tried each and everyday to use the opportunity of my office to do something positive to advance the lot of my country and its people, in some measurable respect.
