REPORT OF THE SUBREGIONAL MEETING ON THE CONTRIBUTION OF YACHTING TO DEVELOPMENT IN THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN. Port of Spain, ECLAC. LC/Car/G.737

Following the national consultations that were held to discuss the country studies prepared under the Development of a Regional Marine-based Tourism Strategy Project a meeting was convened on 12-13 December 2002 to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the subregional yachting sector. Working groups at the meeting focused on those issues that had regional implications and identified the critical players and mechanisms that would be needed to implement recommended actions.
