Antigua-Barbuda parliament dissolved, paving way for general elections

ST JOHN’S, Antigua: Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Baldwin Spencer, who is also the leader of the governing United Progressive Party (UPP), announced at a party rally on Sunday evening that parliament would be dissolved on Monday.
